PLEASE NOTE : Read following description carefully ! Our hostel is situated in the area closely attached to the center of the old city of Sarajevo (Bascarsija). HOSTEL BUILDING : HADZISABANOVICA 15 We are located 320 meters away from the central city fountain on Bascarasija up a small hill overlooking centre of Sarajevo within original walled old city of Sarajevo built in 18th century (across from Gate Ploce Museum of Siege 1992 - 1995 and yellow fortress). HOSTEL : We offer clean, hostel type & quality rooms with balcony and baths in newly built/renovated building. By coming to us you spare yourself sleepless nights caused by noise, cars, polluted air, safety and cleanliness issues. Each and every guest is treated as a unique individual that deserves attention and respect. Members of our team will be glad to talk to you personally, exchange opinions, and help you find parts of our city that are of interest for you. You can rent towels from us. In case you have mobile phone please indicate your number in your booking in order to communicate easier. Check-In and 24-hours Reception out of working hours of our reception office (normally open only during summer season) get organized ONLY upon phone notification upon your arrival. No guest kitchen and NO free-of-charge laundry service. PARKING : Our hostel has 3 parking places for small and mid-sized cars. Besides that 1 more parking place on street parking place in front of hostel for big cars and vans. These places are reserved for people staying in double rooms ensuite and other can use them in case they are avaliable. We offer help in finding payed safe parking for all others. FREE-OF-CHARGE CAR PICK UP : 24-hour pick up from any point in Sarajevo, upon arrival and phone notification (FREE-OF-CHARGE). Pick-ups from Airport Sarajevo and Lukavica - East Sarajevo bus station only against a fee. CITY TOURS : We even give city tours if required - for as low as 5 euros per person per hour. Our 20th century tours belong to top city highlights in opinion of many guide books. To avoid surprises and possible dissapointment read this : a.) Relatively centrally located though, we are no main street hostel. Our hostel is around 320 meters away from the main street, and you need good 10 minutes normal walk to get there. b.) Lock-out: 11.00 - 17.00 every day (11.00 a.m. - 05.00 p.m.) with possibility to stay in the hostel during that time. This lock-out is only POTENTIAL (being very rarely applied) and most of the time is hostel fully open even throughout this time ! c.) No curfew - but house silence 24.00 - 06.00 (00.00 a.m - 06.00 a.m.) - no loud music and meetings during that time. d.) Sartour Hostel is NOT suitable for parties.
