The apartment is in the town centre within 15 minutes walking distance from the Old town, 15 minutes from the Gruz Harbour, where you can take a ferry to the nearby islands, and only 10 minutes walking distance from an exquisite pebble beach. It has 25 m2, a sleeping room with two beds, a dining room with a sofa bed for the 3rd person, a table, TV and a little kitchen at the entrance. It also has a small terrace in front of the entrance, where you can have your meals. The closest beach is about 150 m away.
